Wormy Butternut Chargers

Picture
Butternut is one of the softest hardwoods and is susceptible to all manner of bugs who like to make it their home.  Long after these busy communities have left, the wood has the wormy appearance as shown on the left.  Some pieces are so worked that one wonders what holds them together and others have only the occasional passageway through them.

These chargers are functional but also highly decorative.

The size is approximately 13 1/2" in diameter x 1 1/4" deep.

To purchase one or more chargers from Jim, please contact him directly.  If you wish he can personalize them for you.
